Whitehouse at a glance
Whitehouse is a village in western Lucas County, west of Waterville, in the Toledo metro. The 2020 census counted 4,990 residents. US 24 and State Route 64 are the main roads back toward Waterville, Maumee, and Toledo.
The village center has older houses on a street grid. Newer subdivisions sit around the edges. A Whitehouse mailing address is not always inside the village, so city limits are worth checking.
Parks and water
The South Fork of the Wabash Cannonball Trail, a rail trail, passes through the village and connects by road and trail to Blue Creek Metropark. Oak Openings Preserve Metropark, a large oak savanna and woods, is a short drive north.
Schools
Anthony Wayne Local School District serves Whitehouse and Waterville, and also Monclova Township and parts of nearby townships. Confirm the district for the exact address. This site does not rate or compare schools.
Prices
Single-family prices in ZIP 43571 have generally been among the higher medians in Lucas County. The count of sales is smaller than in Perrysburg or Sylvania, so one unusual sale can move a monthly figure. The year-to-date median is the steadier number.
Good to check for any Whitehouse address
- Whether the address is inside the Village of Whitehouse or in a surrounding township, since taxes and services can differ.
- The school district for the exact address. Anthony Wayne Local covers the village, but nearby addresses can fall in another district.
- Recent sales on your street. The village grid and newer edge subdivisions can sell in different ranges.
