What we collect when you use a form, why, and who sees it.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus a few details about the visit:
- Home value form: street address, city, ZIP, first name, phone, email, best time to call, and, if you choose, how soon you might sell and a short note.
- Home search form: first name, phone, email, the areas you are looking in, budget range, when you want to move, best time to call, and an optional note.
- Visit details: the page you sent the form from, the date and time, and any campaign tags in the link you used (such as utm_source or utm_campaign).
We do not ask for your mortgage details, income, credit, or reasons for moving on these forms.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request. Homes of Toledo answers requests itself. Your information is not sold.
Calls and texts are optional. The form has a separate box, unchecked by default: "I agree to receive calls and texts about my request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." If you leave it unchecked, follow-up is by email only. If you check it, Homes of Toledo may call or text you about that request, and you can reply STOP to opt out.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to a newsletter without asking. The monthly Toledo and the islands email is opt-in only, through its own signup box with an unchecked consent box. Signup addresses are stored on Cloudflare and are used only to send that email. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused spam check that looks at basic browser signals. Form messages are delivered by email, text message, and phone notification services that handle them only to deliver the message to us.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a small amount of form information for the current tab only, so the thank-you page can show your first name. It is cleared when you close the tab. If we add analytics or ad measurement later, we will update this page first.
